The Worship God Conference is a bi-annual worship conference for worship leaders, pastors, musicians, song writers, and tech teams. Organized by Sovereign Grace Ministries under the leadership of Director of Worship Development Bob Kauflin, this conference seeks to help leaders learn more about how to tell the glorious gospel story.

This is surely one thing that is hard to explain, in a sense hard to completely nail down, but easy to develop once the player recognizes what to listen for and how to gain self-control. Leaders should communicate these points with abundant grace. Patience is highly required while teaching something as subjective and abstract as this.
Piano and keyboard players, please know that we always have an opportunity to improve. Humbly observe these tips and decide what sound and style you want to achieve, submitting to the desired goals of your leaders.
